Our Diet
We have always known that there were many diets out there to try that could benefit our health. Also we didn't want to be constricted to any limited diets that would not allow us to serve certain foods. With this completely balanced diet (following the "My Plate" standards) we are able to eat any type of food, but we believe it all should be in moderation, and if it is a fairly unhealthy food we will serve less of it than another healthier food. We always want our clients walking away with a smile on their face because they knew what they were putting in their bodies from HPN was the right choice, tasted delicious and was very healthy. We also believe that GMO's are fine in some cases, so we didn't choose a totally organic diet. We also realized that we could, in fact, eat healthy without giving up the foods that we love, by just eating balanced and in proportions. We also realized that most restaurants are unhealthy, and don't take health into account, but people with families go to them anyway for convenience. That's why we chose a balanced diet and formed High Performance Nutrition.
